Our Mission
With over 14 years of recruiting experience in heavy machinery, equipment and transportation, we decided it was time to start doing business and recruiting "our way." We do not rely on automation and frown at relying on machine learning to find the right talent for our clients. Instead, we at Jamaa, spend time talking to clients to understand their needs and culture.
We then rely on our decade + experience to find the right candidate. When we engage with candidates, we spend significant time trying to understand their career goals and correct any inconsistent guidance that may have been provided about a certain industry. This helps manage expectations and ultimately increases retention rates for our clients.
We specialize in finding talent for the logistics, shipping and construction industry; however, we have a variety of clients across North America, Europe and Africa to include Telecommunication, Education, Hospitality and more. We understand recruiting around the globe and the level of effort to gain work visas for the right hires.
